- 2024 Annual Dues
- If you have not paid your annual dues for 2024, please review the ways to pay below and resolve your past due status. The board has set dues at $100.00 for the year. This supports various costs such as, but not limited to, general maintenance (walls, street signs), entry way landscaping, insurance / deductibles, holiday decorations, website, community events, and professional tax services. Invoices were mailed out on in February and due in March.
There are 3 ways to pay:
- Online Payment from Website: Homeowners who have registered on our website can make a credit card payment. Follow the Online Payment Page link: https://www.stivesnc.com/payments/pay?id=3635615605
- Venmo: NEW IN 2024, the HOA now offers Venmo for quick payment. Search and find @StIvesNC-HOA in Venmo or follow the QR code below for a direct link. Please include your home address to ensure we credit to the right homeowner. Venmo StIvesNC-HOA
- Check Payment: Homeowners can still send their $100.00 via check or money order to the P.O. Box listed below. When doing this homeowner MUST indicate their home address in the message to get credit.

St. Ives HOA:
The St. Ives Homeowners Association was established in October 2000 to facilitate communication and cooperation among the homeowners in all phases of the St. Ives Allotment. The main duties of the Homeowners Association are maintaining the common areas of the allotment and overseeing compliance with the Code of Covenants.
We strive to effectively inform, communicate, and be a resource for both our neighborhood and our community. St Ives -- Cooperating for a better neighborhood.
