Welcome to St. Ives in North Canton, OH

2026 HOA Annual Dues

As we look forward to another great year, we want to take the opportunity to remind you of the importance of paying your HOA dues and how they directly benefit our neighborhood.  As reviewed when purchasing your home, your annual dues help to ensure you and your family continue to live in desirable neighborhood focused on safety, preservation of property values, and friendship.

The support of you and your neighbors enables our Board to ensure the appropriate steps are taken to deliver on those commitments. Several of those steps and events are noted below:

  • Additional patrols by the Stark County Sheriff's Department
  • Landscaping maintenance at the Brumbaugh and State Street entrances
  • Lawn maintenance along the major roads bordering the allotment
  • Installation, removal, and storage of the holiday lighting
  • General maintenance of the entrance walls and street signs
  • The continued growth of our annual Halloween party
  • The addition of food trucks throughout the summer
  • The support of block parties through HOA resources (tables, tents, trash cans)

To support those activities and ensure we are driving towards continued opportunities and capital projects, this year's dues have been set at $120.00.  Payments are to be made no later than February 28, 2026.  Dues are payable through the following:

  • Check made out to St. Ives HOA and mailed to P.O. Box 129 Greentown Ohio, 44630
  • Check made out to St. Ives HOA and placed in a secure drop box on the porch of our treasurer (9290 Pheasant Valley Ave N.W. North Canton, Ohio 44720)
